Our Values

Marketing is the heart of a business.

We believe that marketing embodies every aspect of a business. A high functioning marketing team is intrinsically linked to all other departments and acts as the bridge between customers and the organisation.

  • Is your marketing team involved in major decision making?

  • Is your marketing team cross functional?

Successful marketing should be simple.

Marketing can become complicated quickly. The best marketing strategies drive sales while remaining simple. The most important points of a strategy should be:

  • Does this strategy achieve the objective?

  • Does the strategy benefit customers as well as the organisation?

Common sense behind every action.

All marketing actions should have “so what?” at the heart of their conception. If the team, the stakeholders or customers say “so what?” at any point then scrap the action and find an alternative solution.

We believe in:

  • Common sense in “why?”

  • Common sense in “what?”

  • Common sense in “how much?”
